• Juniors participating in the Players’ Tour are eligible for the Match Play Championship, held July 27th – July 29th at Dacotah Ridge GC. Those who qualify for the Match Play Championship will earn Player of the Year points as shown below. These points will not count towards Series Champion.

• Juniors participating in the Players’ Tour are eligible to earn an invitation to play in the end of the year event, the Minnesota PGA Junior Golf Association Tournament of Champions. This tournament will be a two-day, 36-hole event that will take place at The Legacy Courses at Cragun’s on August 11th – August 12th. Invitations will be extended to the top 20 Boys and 7 Girls* in each individual series OR any junior who has won a 2011 Players’ Tour Series event.

• The Players’ Tour Player of the Year will be awarded to one boy and one girl following completion of play at the 2011 Tournament of Champions. Points at the Tournament of Champions will be awarded to the 1st through 20th place finishes in the boys division and 1st through 10th place finishes in the girls division. Points will be split for ties at all Minnesota PGA Players’ Tour events and the Tournament of Champions. Any score posted as a With-Draw (WD) – (Without good reason), No-Show (NS) and No-Card (NC) will automatically make the junior ineligible for Player of the Year. Any junior disqualified (DQ) for a Code of Conduct violation will also be ineligible for Player of the Year.
