With over 26,000 golf professionals and nearly 300 staff members at the national and section levels, the PGA of America is the largest working sports organization in the world. The PGA of America and its 41 geographical sections provide millions of golfers annually with the best possible leadership and direction on the national, section and local levels.

Minnesota Section PGA of America
From a modest beginning over 70 years ago, the Minnesota Section of the PGA of America has grown and prospered to its strongest position in history, and has attained respect and attention on the national level.

The Minnesota PGA is made up of over 500 golf professionals in Minnesota, the Dakotas, and portions of Wisconsin who serve nearly 800,000 amateur golfers each year. Functions of the Minnesota PGA Golf Professional include golf instruction, golf shop merchandising, tournament operations, junior golf programs, golf club repair, rules and etiquette, public relations and more. Because of this highly visible role at the facility, the Minnesota PGA Professional has the unique ability to impact virtually every facet of a club's operation, as well as the golfers who play there. In short, the PGA Professional is the very pulse of the game of golf in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.
