*2026 MN Girls Junior PGA Championship – Edinburgh USA – July 6-7, 2026*
Minnesota PGA Junior Golf conducts the local qualifying for the National Boys Junior PGA Championship and the National Girls Junior PGA Championship. Both Members and Non-Members are welcome to play in these events. Due to demand, there are seven qualifiers for the boys division to reach the Minnesota Boys Junior PGA Championship. Registration for the Minnesota Girls Junior PGA Championship is first come, first serve registration.
We no longer have age divisions at the MN Boys Junior PGA Qualifiers, only one boys division. The lowest scores from each Qualifier, regardless of age will advance to the 2026 MN Boys Junior PGA Championship. The number of qualifying spots will be announced to all participants the day of the event before the round begins.
The Overall Low and Runner-Up for both the boys and girls division at the Minnesota Section level will get a chance to compete at the National Junior PGA Championships in their respective category. The 2026 National Boys and Girls Junior PGA Championships will be held at Fields Ranch East and West in Frisco, Texas on July 28-31, 2026.
Eligibility Requirements to play in the Minnesota Boys and Girls Junior PGA Championships and Qualifiers: Players will qualify within the PGA Section in which they reside. A player resides at the location in which they spend 183 days or more per year. Players are NOT allowed to compete for an exemption in more than one Section. The Minnesota Section PGA geographically includes the entire states of Minnesota and North Dakota; South Dakota (less areas surrounding cities of Rapid City, Vermillion, and Yankton); and a portion of Western Wisconsin that includes St. Croix County and Superior, Wisconsin. Players must be eighteen (18) years of age or younger on the final day of the Championship (July 31, 2026). Players must be amateurs as defined by the USGA and may not be full-time college students.

*Girls is a first come, first serve registration for the MN Girls Junior PGA Championship. Girls do NOT have to play in a qualifying round*

Boys will need to register for ONE of the seven qualifiers (you can only play in one). A certain number of boys from each from EACH qualifier will get invited to the 2026 MN Boys Junior PGA Championship which is taking place at The Jewel GC on June 29-30, 2026.
