Match Play Championship

Congratulations to Kagan Kollar and Sammy Youngquist. Out of a field of 64, Kollar won his final match 3&2. Out of a field of 16, Youngquist won her final match 2&1.

The 2022 ‘Sota Series Match Play Championship will be held at The Pines at Grand View Lodge on August 1-3, 2022. The Boys Match Play Championship will take place on August 1-3 and the Girls Match Play Championship will take place on August 2-3.

The ‘Sota Series Match Play Championship is open to all current 2022 Junior Tour and 2022 Players Tour members. The championship field for the ‘Sota Series Match Play Championship will be comprised of 64 boys and 16 girls and be determined through a set of four qualifiers and exempt player registration. The number of successful spots at each qualifying site will depend upon how many junior boys and girls register for that specific site. Juniors will find out how many spots are available at each qualifier after the deadline date of Wednesday, June 22.

The entry fee for juniors attempting to qualify for the ‘Sota Series Match Play Championship is $50.00. If a junior successfully advances from the qualifier to the Championship, an additional $50.00 entry fee will be incurred. The only way to register for a ‘Sota Series Match Play Qualifier is by registering online through your BlueGolf account or by clicking the Register button below. Registration for each Qualifier is on a first come, first serve basis and juniors can start registering on Wednesday, March 2 at 9:00 a.m. (CST) and the entry deadline for all Qualifiers and Exempt Player Registration will be Wednesday, June 22 at 11:59 p.m. (CST)
